    I enjoy coaching anyone who is willing to be challenged to take the steps to go somewhere they have never gone before and accomplish what they have never accomplished before.

    Central College, Pella, Iowa- Bachelors in Exercise Science (K-12 PE and Health)-----> Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia,- Masters in Sports Management and Coaching and Athletic Administration.

    USA Weight Lifting Level 1 Certified Coach. Wilderness and First Aid and CPR certified.

  • How did you start running?

    I am passionate about running because I love the comradery that it brings and the opportunity it creates to build deep and meaningful relationships with people. I also love to race and compete and working hard and pushing my body and mind to its limit. I also believe God has given me a desire to run and I can use running to worship Him and bring Him glory.

  • Tell us an interesting fact/something fun about you?

    I have run a blindfolded 10K and ridden my bicycle no-handed for 25 miles. I also can ride a unicycle and juggle.
